With over 8 years of experience in the repair industry, I bring extensive knowledge and a commitment to solving even the toughest electronic challenges. Originally from Lynbrook, NY, I hold certifications with Wise, Apple, and Samsung, enabling me to repair nearly any electronic device with precision and expertise. While I’m experienced in a wide range of repairs, I have a strong passion for working on gaming computers and high-performance systems.

I’ve repaired thousands of devices, and the most rewarding part of my job is tackling complex repairs that others might consider hopeless. One of my most memorable successes was in 2021 when I repaired an old LG Aristo smartphone with a critical board-level defect. I was able to recover irreplaceable photos for a client who had lost their wife. That experience solidified my commitment to treating every repair as a unique challenge and going above and beyond to deliver exceptional results.

When I’m not at work, I enjoy traveling and exploring new places. At First Coast Tech, my priority is ensuring every customer feels confident and valued. I want every client to leave knowing we went above and beyond to address their needs and that they can count on us for trusted solutions whenever they need them.

With six years of experience in the repair industry, I’ve repaired thousands of devices and developed expertise across a wide range of electronics, including phones, tablets, gaming consoles, laptops, and PCs. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, I bring a problem-solving mindset and a passion for helping people to every repair I handle.

I’m proud to hold certifications as a Wise Technician, Apple Certified Technician, Samsung Certified, Desktop Pro Certified, and PC Pro Certified. These qualifications enable me to approach even the most complex repairs with confidence and precision. My goal is simple: to ensure that every customer who walks through our door leaves with a solution to their problem.

The most rewarding part of my work is seeing the smiles on customers’ faces when I hand them back their recently revived devices, restored to like-new condition. I approach every interaction with a commitment to listening, understanding, and going above and beyond to solve their challenges.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing video games, spending time outdoors, and meeting new people. I view First Coast Tech not just as a repair shop but as a solutions shop—where we’re here to tackle problems, build trust, and support our community. I’ve been tinkering with electronics for as long as I can remember, and while I’ve been in the repair industry for just under a year, I’ve already repaired hundreds of devices of all kinds. Originally from a Russian family, I’ve called Jacksonville home for over 8 years.

I’m certified as a Wise Technician and in Entrepreneurship & Small Business, equipping me to handle repairs at all levels. Whether it’s phones, tablets, gaming consoles, laptops, or PCs, I enjoy diving into the details to find effective solutions. My approach to every repair starts with a friendly greeting and a thorough triage—asking the right questions, considering options, and offering clear solutions to every customer.

At First Coast Tech, I take pride in helping people solve their problems and delivering the best service in Northeast Florida. The most rewarding part of my work is not just fixing devices but also learning something new every day in this constantly evolving field.

Outside of work, I wrestle, lift weights, and continue to tinker with electronics in my free time. I’m also fluent in Spanish, which allows me to connect with even more customers. My goal is for every client to leave knowing their device was cared for by someone who takes their work seriously and values their trust.
